Hello... May I Help You?

I feel like writing on customer service in Malaysia.

Quantity wise, I give 10/10. No other country has more labor than Malaysia does. We might have 10 times more CS reps as compared to any place elsewhere. Note the "might". I don't really know. Im just assuming. I might be exaggerating, like I always do.

Quality.... Hmmmmm.... I tried to give more than 5. I just couldn't. I couldn't even do more than 3. Its just pathetic.

Now...

Mari membincangkan kenape SiGemuk menulis tentang CS.

Kerana....

Saye dah bosan dengan salesgirl, akak kedai runcit, operator telefon air asia, akak jual tiket kat sales counter, akak budget cun keje kat kedai baju murahan kat sunway pyramid, dan akak2 yg rase mereka hot kerana mereke bekerja di kedai2 yg konon2 best tapi tak best pon seperti MNG dan Guess.

Situasi 1:

N: Kak, kalau beli tiket over the counter boleh dapat online price tak?
ABC: Online tu online la! Apsal nak counter plak.
N: (Cakap "Tak" je kan senang)

*ABC= Akak budget cun

Situasi 2:

Gelabah kena over.

*AKH=Akak konon hot

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Banyak lagi contoh. Tapi malas nak type. Hehehe.

But hey, here's one tip.

It works everytime. Like really.

Speak english. Throw some accent. Any accent would do.

Malaysian CS seems to show more respect towards English speaking people. For watever reason.

  2. I hate double standards. I hate that if I wear baju kurung that they would thought I'm kampung. Put on a smug face, speak english of any accents :p that should flat their nose off. Bodo
